Last night I went out with some of my sisters co-workers.
It seems that not many people have learning disabilities or they are just not as open as I am to talk about their personal issues.
I told the table of people about my learning disabilities and why I believe I have to offer other people with learning difficulties. Her co-workers perspectives (I assume all do not have a learning disabilities) shared their thoughts. Many of them believe that if you have a learning disability you are not as intelligent or have the same potential for success as everyone else.
What was the most interesting is when I tell people about my learning disabilities, they are amazed that I have any at all. Here I am, a regular guy who seems just like them, but struggles with reading and writing. It is hard to believe that I have accomplished more than they have, yet have half the skills as far as grammar. The real core question is:
Why the heck would a 24 year old write, speaking, and talk about learning disabilities? The reason I am doing this is because my mom. She has constantly supported me in my good times and as well as bad. She has always relayed information when people ask about me. Over the course of the past five year many parents who know my mother and I have stopped to find out what her crazy son John was doing with his life.

She believes everything changed when I was involved in a head-on car crash.
I believe it was a self discover that anything we want in life can be achieved through helping other get what they want.

Looking back over all of my experiences up to this point I realize that knowable advice from someone who has been in my shoes would have totally changed my life. If you do not select a direction for where you are taking your life, changes are that you will do many things, yet accomplish very little. Looking back on decision, I realize that I stuck with some things too long and other things not long enough.
What learning disability dynamics deal with is practical ways for the parents of a teenage male to learn from someone who was in their child’s shoes. Who made more mistakes than they would EVER want their kid to go through.
